These are women who act
as local leaders. After receiving training in Condoray, these women stimulate
other women in their communities to improve their education, family situation
and social condition.
They are “multiplying agents” of their training.
They ensure the realisation of continuous development programs according to
the specific needs of each community.
Being a “promotora” is a synonym of service. A woman who shows to
other women the possibility of achieving self-value.
